An executioner takes the law into his own hands when he's found jobless after the death penalty is abolished in his state.

William Sadler is an awesome hunk... but his character in this episode is so annoying and eventually completely loathesome that he ruins the episode. I agree with his vigilante cause and have no problem with the death penalty. But with his incredibly low opinion of women- what right does he have to judge anyone? None. 5 / 10 - points for good style, music score, camera work / production values, and Sadler's acting. But the story isn't up to where it needs to be.
